Five business days from when we receive your completed questionnaire (seven for Concierge). If your trip departs in less than ten days, please write to us before purchasing—we assess urgency on a case-by-case basis, sometimes it can be expedited.
Any destination. We specialize in Europe, the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. If you're thinking of something more exotic (Asia, Africa, Oceania), please write to us first to confirm that we can provide it with the depth it deserves.

Yes. Up to two rounds of written revisions are included in all tiers. Beyond that, we can quote additional revisions on an hourly basis.
It depends on the tier. In the Express tier, we provide you with a list of reservations to make, with priorities. In the Full tier, we also recommend specific restaurants based on certain criteria. In the Concierge tier, we make the key reservations ourselves (restaurants with waiting lists, experiences that require advance booking, transportation).

No. Muvin does not accept payments for recommending restaurants, hotels, or experiences. If we recommend something to you, it's because we believe it's worthwhile for your trip.
